LaceCrowns use three different hair types for our lace wigs. These are Indian Remy, Brazilian and Chinese hair. Each of these has been processed with the cuticle intact. This key factor not only prolongs the life of the wig, it also means that it doesn’t tangle like most hair extensions do.
Virgin Remy is unprocessed and comes in natural shades of black, off black and brown. We can provide both Virgin Indian Remy and Virgin Chinese hair wigs.
Virgin Indian hair is protein rich, producing a silky appearance of well conditioned tresses. Although fine it is strong enough to withstand combing, brushing, curling and styling.
Chinese hair, which is also known as Asian hair has become very popular with hair wefts and full lace wigs. The key feature is the thick hair strand that matches the hair of many nationalities. Chinese hair also makes a very good substitute for natural African American hair.
Brazilian hair is also available in natural shades of dark brown and black. Just like normal hair the dark colours can be dyed to lighter shades to create the perfect look. It is strong and is naturally straight or wavy. The waves can be easily styled into curls. It is a superb choice for people with African ancestry as it looks very natural and is easily manageable.
