Cancelling or amending orders 

Terms & Conditions of cancelling or amending orders
Due to the personal nature of the product, we must adhere to a strict policy on returns and exchanges. This is a necessary health precaution.
 
In stock wigs can be returned within seven days of receipt provided it meets all of the 
following conditions:
 
The excess lace on the wig has not been trimmed
The lace hasn’t been torn or ripped
No chemical, lotion, oil or conditioner has been applied to the wig
The wig unit is unworn
Liquid adhesive or tape hasn’t been applied to the wig
The wig has not been washed
The wig has not been dyed
The wig has not been styled or cut
The wig is in its original packaging and condition
 
Custom made products can take up five weeks to deliver. There is a cooling off period of two days in which you can cancel or amend a custom order. This is to ensure your wig arrives on time, as production has to be started as soon as possible. If you do decide to cancel after this time and before production is complete, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Amendments to custom orders can only be done in the first two days after the order has been placed. Please send an email to our Customer Service team quoting your order reference number in the subject field. Any custom wigs returned due to an error in specification will have to meet the conditions specified above for an exchange to be issued. Should the customer require a refund, the wig would have to meet the conditions stated above and will be subject to a 30% restock charge. A custom wig can not be exchanged or a partial refund issued if there are sizing problems due to incorrect measurements. It is therefore very important to make sure head measurements are taken several times to ensure they are accurate.
 
An email will be sent confirming the details of your order and delivery address. Carefully check all of the items on your order and in the case of custom wigs the product options you selected. Please report any discrepancies to us within 24 hours.
No refunds or credit will be issued on refused shipments or on shipments returned to us due to incorrect addresses. Postage will have to be paid again for the items to be sent out to a new address. Your order will be sent to the address you provide. To avoid failed deliveries, please make sure your address information is accurate and that it contains all of the necessary information (ie. flat number, building name, etc.) needed for delivery.
 
Accessory products have to be returned unopened and in their original condition within two weeks of purchase for a full refund to be issued. Should an exchange be required, postage will be charged for the new items sent out.
 
International shipments are subject to the same terms and conditions of sale.
 
Please check your wig carefully when it is received and contact us if you have any problems.
